Danielle Walker - costs lawyer/ head of court of protection

Danielle has worked within the field of legal costs for the past 13 years and qualified as a Costs Lawyer in 2017. 

Danielle has a vast amount of experience working within Court of Protection Costs, predominantly preparing detailed and short-form Bills of Costs for detailed assessment, which include Deputyship Applications, General Management bills, Statutory Will bills, Gifting Applications and general ad hoc bills.

Danielle is also experienced in assisting clients with e-filing their bills with the Senior Courts Costs Officer, reviewing provisionally assessed bills and providing post assessment advice and drafting appeals if necessary.

Danielle is also an accredited trainer with the CLSB and can provide training on various topics, including time recording and file management and assist you in maximising your recovery.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, reading and binging a good Netflix series.
