Fixed Fee Claims: 

All our Costs Draftspeople are fully competent at billing fixed fee claims. Even though fixed fees were meant to be straight forward, they can be quite complicated and are vital for a firms cash flow. We are dedicated to ensuring claims are paid without delay.

XML Claims/ Bill of Costs:

Drafting accurate exceptional claims and bills is a top priority here at Horsepools. When the instructing Solicitors have spent a great deal of time billing such cases we take pride in ensuring all costs are adequately justified along with any enhancement sought by the fee earner. Each case is individual and we take the time to 

High Cost Cases: 

Here at Horsepools we are instructed on all forms of High Cost Cases including Events and Staged Case Plans. The majority of our draftspeople are trained on VHCC's and offer an excellent service to our instructing Solicitors. 

With High Cost Case were are acutely aware that time is of the essence with the Legal Aid Agency. Our draftspeople spent the time liaising with the fee earner whilst drafting the case plan to ensure time deadlines are met and each plan is prepared correctly first time around.
